Brand Design

A brand story is told through visual elements and messaging. These elements are designed in collaboration to create a cohesive brand strategy. Brand elements start with three basic items:

  1. logo design - to represents your company and the personality of your brand

  2. brand kit - complete with colors, fonts, and messaging used consistently to tell your story

  3. marketing materials - physical and digital collateral used as a leave-behind piece or used in the sales and business process to continually tell your brand story

More than just a logo, a brand kit includes fonts, colors, and mascots, etc. Everything you need to ensure your brand and messaging stays consistent across your platforms.

The Process

  1. Listen & Understand

It starts with a conversation regarding your brand and company. This conversation will be brief and will be followed by a few questions. This conversation is designed to pull out the personality of your company and organization. During the conversation, we will discuss ideas on colors you are inspired to, logos you are drawn to, and images you want to convey to your users and clients.

2. Options

After our initial branding conversations, I will present a few options for color pallets, logos, and/or design themes. These options might be similar or might be vastly different. The closeness will depend on our previous conversations and the specificity of your vision. From these options, we will nail down which direction we want to go. Then we will start to design and refine the element needed to tell your story.

3. Refinement

After the options are reviewed and decided upon, there is still work to be done. The themes, messages, and options selected will be applied to the elements and the designed products will be completed. There are still refinements and changes that will need to be made. Weekly (or more) updates will be made as the final design and products are completed - breathing life into your dream.
